If face to face contact is not suitable than we have experience in facilitating video calls with or without a written report .

COMMUNITY / ESCORTED CONTACT
Community escorted contact allows relatives and children to go out and about with a contact provider, taking them out in the community with supervision. As with supervised contact on the premises, our reports are with social workers within 48 hours.
SUPPORTED CONTACT
Supported contact is there for any relative who requires assistance rather than supervision. You can use our facility with an independent adult for an hour, and there will be no reports for this service
This is distinct as a service from our supervised contact in Braintree as our supervisor will be there to assist and support first and foremost, and is not required or expected to compile a report for the Local Authority.
